You and your student can view the full list of online high school programs and courses offered by K12-powered schools and view sample lessons to see if this is a good fit for your student. K12's curriculum includes nearly 200 high school courses, each designed to help students find their own path and follow them through postgraduation.
Online ninth grade students will learn core topics like math, science, English, and history in addition to career-focused electives and credit recovery if needed. Where offered, students also have the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school through dual credit options and Advanced Placement® (AP®) courses.** AP® courses follow curriculum specified by the College Board, giving your student the chance to earn college credit and stand out in the college admission process.
Electives are available for students to explore their passions in subjects like anthropology, environmental science, web design, hospitality, and tourism, among others.
